Board Member
Dr. Paula Tucker-Hogan is the CEO of ACT REAL, Inc., in Hampton, VA. Her company provides educational, legal and psychological consulting services to clients who require a certified mediator. She is currently certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia to serve as a family and general mediator. In this capacity, she volunteers once a week for the Community Mediation Center in Norfolk, VA for the Suffolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
Dr. Hogan has served on the faculties at several of the leading higher educational institutions in the United States of America. One of her more recent posts was that of Interim Dean of the School of Education at Norfolk State University. She has also served on the faculties at Boston University, the University of Massachusetts and Harvard University in Massachusetts. Dr. Hogan also was a high school principal (Cambridge Rindge & Latin, Cambridge, MA), high school teacher, guidance counselor and school psychologist.
